 At ANWA Deterrence Center, we are a forum for modernization of the United States strategic nuclear deterrent. We are a voice for modernization of the nuclear weapons stockpile, triad delivery platforms, associated infrastructure and materials, and essential nuclear command control & communications coupled with a skilled workforce and the best science and technology. We cover the benefits of modern nuclear weapons including not only safety, security, and reliability, but also lower operating costs and flexibility to size the stockpile according to the national security threat.

The Advanced Nuclear Weapons Alliance Deterrence Center (ANWA DC), a 501(c)3, educates key decisionmakers, stakeholders and the public to ensure a broader understanding of the Nation’s strategic nuclear deterrent and its ongoing modernization across the United States. Established in August 2017, ANWA DC reviews through our public Forums and more intimate Roundtables the benefits of a modern strategic nuclear deterrent. These deterrent modernization benefits include not only safety, security, and reliability, but also lower costs and flexibility to size the stockpile, the triad, and nuclear command, control and communication according to the national security threat.
